Supplier Audits：
Conducting supplier audits to verify compliance of supplier’s products and processes, and those who fail to meet the requirements will be replaced. |
Third-Party Inspections：
According to the relevant food safety and sanitation compliance, Ten Ren authorizes a third-party inspection company to perform random sample inspections throughout products. |
Inspection Reports：
Suppliers are required to conduct raw material critical risk assessment at least once a year and to provide inspection reports periodically. |
Self-Inspections：
Ten Ren's food safety laboratory periodic inspections the appliances, ice cubes and drinking water for hygiene and safety. |

Batch Inspection：
According to CNS, Ten Ren authorizes SGS to perform 398 pesticide residue tests for every batch inspections throughout all raw materials. For every batch of raw materials over 1,000 kg should increase the number of inspections to avoid sampling errors. |
Periodic Inspection：
Ten Ren authorizes SGS to implement random sample periodic inspections of raw material and products for tea throughout retail store and distribution channel. |
