2022
  
The General Tea Factory completed the FSSC 22000 V5.1, ISO22000:2018, and HACCP:2020 certificate renewal audits in June. The food safety laboratory passed the TAF extended evaluation in October, and the certificate is valid from 2023/3/7~2026/3/6.
CHA FOR TEA ToGo and CHAFFEE have received excellent results in the continuation of the food and beverage hygiene grading assessment by the Health Bureau of Taipei City, Keelung City, Taichung City and Kaohsiung City Government.
In addition to continuing to cooperate with Zhi-shan Foundation Taiwan and Boyo Social Welfare Foundation, Tenren also newly cooperated with the "Cardiac Children's Foundation Taiwan" this year. In addition, we also called on Tenren members to donate points to convert love donations, and use the money raised for the "Mustard Seed Association-Community Disaster Prevention and Relief Program" to help Hualien&Taitung earthquake-stricken families.

Food Safety Laboratory passed ISO17025 accreditation (including the annual supervisory assessment and accreditation for Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, and Listeria monocytogenes) with a validity period from 2020/3/7 to 2023/3/6.
In 2021, CHA FOR TEA ToGo and CHAFFEE took the initiative to participate in the food and beverage hygiene management grading inspection organized by the Department of Health, New Taipei City Government as well as the Department of Health, Taichung City Government’s Food Industry Health Self-Management Assessment. Both brands received excellent results: 9 CHA FOR TEA ToGo and 1 CHAFFEE stores in New Taipei City received a GHP Excellent certification (with a validity period from 2022.01.01 to 2023.12.31); while 4 CHA FOR TEA ToGo shops in Taichung City received a GHP Premium certification and 1 store received a GHP Excellent certification (with a validity period from 2020.12.23 to 2022.12.22). The stores were all on par with the standards.
Partnered up once again with the Mennonite Christian Hospital and Taitung Christian Hospital to donate membership points. All proceeds raised went into early treatment services, helping children with development delays.

TenRen's food safety laboratory has passed ISO17025 transition certification and additional certification (including CNS17025: 2018 transition and Escherichia coli and Enterobacteriaceae additional certification).

Continue to cooperate with the Andrew Charity Association and the Children Are Us Foundation to help disadvantaged children raise food boxes to avoid hunger and help Haner learn a skill to integrate with the society.

Cooperate with the "Boyo Social Welfare Foundation" to provide free resources of "remedial teaching" for school children for disadvantaged families with educational gaps in remote rural areas.

Cooperate with "Teach for Taiwan" and "Junyi Academy" to donate member points to public welfare activities.

The Food and Drug Safety Office of Taichung City will handle the self-management assessment of food industry hygiene in 2020. 4 of our company's ToGo stores in Taichung City have won the special award and 1 excellent grade.

TenRen's 11 stores across Taiwan successfully passed the application of the Agriculture Committee of the Executive Yuan in December 2020 and obtained the Taiwan Pig Certification Mark.

In December 2020, chafortea ToGo, CHAFFEE and TenRen chafortea all Taiwan stores took the lead in displaying the total sugar content and total calories (including all raw materials and ingredients) of each drink in December 2020, so that consumers can purchase with peace of mind.

Implementing the policy of restricting plastics, the plastic bag uses 80% decomposable material, and the paper product cup holder is used, and this practice is gradually pushed to overseas partners.
